INTERNATIONAL

We offer various options to ship internationally. Shipping costs to your country are determined by destination, weight and service you choose.

To check the shipping charges that apply to your order, simply start the process of creating an order, and go through to the checkout. At the checkout, you can select your destination, and shipping method and any additional costs will be calculated.

The charges are for standard shipping only and do not include customs duties, fees or taxes or other impost on international orders.

Standard Airmail delivery

It usually takes around 4 to 10 business days to ship to most countries, but sometimes the Customs agency within the destination country may randomly choose to hold individual shipments for inspection as a security measure.

How can I track my order?

You can check if your order has been sent by viewing your account.

Only orders sent by Express Post (Australia and International) allow for online tracking. If Express Post was selected during the ordering process, the tracking reference information is provided in the email sent to you when your order was shipped.

If you have not received this email, we can resend it to the original email address supplied. If you request this information be sent to a different email address, you will be asked to provide information to confirm your identity to our satisfaction.

If Standard Airmail was selected for your international order, the status of the shipment cannot be viewed online. Please allow the given delivery time allowing for possible customs clearance delays within your country.

Will I have to pay any taxes and duties for my order?

Whether or not a shipment is assessed is determined by Customs in the destination country and we cannot predict if such a delay will occur.

We refer you to your local Customs agency for advice.
Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. Customs agencies occasionally list these charges as an ‘Additional Postage Fee’. Please be assured that all orders are sent with postage fully paid.
