Where can I buy Dingodude?

The entire Dingodude collection is available at www.dingodude.com.au. On occasion Dingodude will have a presence at various events and festivals and we would love to meet you. Keep in touch via Facebook and Twitter.

Can I change my order?

Yes, only if it has not yet been sent from the distribution centre.

If you would like to make amendments to your order please contact us at assistance@dingodude.com.au. Provide your order number so we can quickly attend to your request.

When is my order processed and sent?

We process and ship all orders the same, or following business day. We do not process orders or ship on Public Holidays in New South Wales.

I can’t select the size I want

If your preferred item is listed as “Out of Stock”, there’ll be more available as soon as possible. Popular items sell out quickly, so please place your order as quickly as you can.

For an Out of Stock item, select your size, click on “Notify Me” and enter your email address. We will contact you when the size is available again.

Is GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) included for International orders?

We ship worldwide and acknowledge some countries do not have GST.
For items selected for shipping to destinations outside Australia the GST is deducted from the total cost in the shopping cart.

GST is included in the displayed prices as Australia is our primary market.

I just placed an order but I didn’t receive an email confirmation

Confirm you finished the checkout process and completed the order. The last page displays the order number; this is your receipt.

If you have completed your order and cannot find the email sent to you, check the spam or junk folder of your email account. Please add www.dingodude.com.au to your safe sender list in order to receive emails from us.

If the email cannot be found, contact the Dingodude Customer Service team at assistance@dingodude.com.au and they will confirm whether the order was successfully submitted and/or a payment made.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes and/or duties?

International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country.

Although this doesn’t always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country.

Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. This will occasionally be listed as an ‘Additional Postage Fee’.

Can you mark my parcel as a gift?

In accordance with international customs regulations all parcels must be marked as “Merchandise” with the appropriate value. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being denied and returned to sender.

How do I purchase a Gift Voucher?

We will have an automated gift voucher submission coming soon. In the interim please contact assistance@dingodude.com.au and we will organise a gift code for you.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Simply apply your code in the appropriate field during the payment step of the checkout.

If you have multiple codes, simply separate them with a comma or space.

How do I change my email address?

Send an email to assistance@dingodude.com.au from your currently registered email address with the request.

Advise us of the old and new email addresses and we’ll handle it from there and notify you when the changes are done.

Can I be a Dingodude model?

If you think you have what it takes to model for photography, catwalk or promotional events, send your portfolio with up to date contact details to model@dingodude.com.au.

How often will you release new products?

We are always planning and creating new products for our range.

We don’t intend to follow standard industry trends with seasonal catalogues so follow us on Facebook and Twitter to be the first to know about new releases from Dingodude.
